"I bought the CALMM toolkit in January 2017 and I use it every day in my occupational therapy and yoga teaching work. It is the best visual yoga prop/kit I have seen that is easily understandable and meaningful for both neurodiverse and neurotypical children. I used it with kids aged from 3 to 17 years old, I do a lot of games with them (memory games, 'Go fish", etc), and the cards are sturdy and they are still like new after almost 2 years of being used every day. "These are probably the largest yoga card visuals on the market, great for classroom use. What I love about these is that they are super kid friendly and color-coded. The kit is designed by a yoga therapist with a clear understanding on how yoga benefits children physically but also emotionally. I love that the kit includes cards for kids to play matching/memory games and cards explaining the emotional benefits of each pose and breath!!!!! That rocks! I have seen many yoga cards but none so complete as this kit! I am looking forward to using the color-coded bracelets from the box as well for directional cues.
