Sarah practices yoga for overall health and wellness. Before starting to practice yoga regularly she found herself anxious, stressed and lacking confidence. With regular breathing exercises, poses and meditation Sarah has found a peace of mind that she hadn't experienced before.

Having such a life changing experience motivated Sarah to learn to teach children these practices. In 2014 Sarah took her first kids yoga training with Tiffany Gullberg at If I Was A Bird Yoga, located in San Diego. She found that yoga for children is a fun and active experience that offers children a chance to be creative while practicing movement that helps them become mindful im their bodies.

Sarah completed her Power Yoga 200 hour training with Corepower in August 2016 and recently completed Asanas for Autism and Special Needs 95 hour training with Shawnee Thornton Hardy in November 2016. Sarah has developed an enrichment program for children called Yoga Adventures and has been leading children's yoga classes in several San Diego schools, yoga studios and at various children's events. Sarah also volunteers for The Arc of San Diego teaching a group yoga class for the toddlers in their parent/infant program.
